GFDS creates a solution for governmental entities to privately develop, fund, build and manage facilities to better serve their community. GFDS was created to address new capital projects needed by the governmental community when public funding was not available. Our first project was to privately develop and fund a convention center for the State of Nevada. We are working on projects for governmental offices, conference centers, hotels, fire stations, police stations, transit, court houses, jails and parking structures. Our markets are State Agencies, County, Cities and Towns and the Federal Government including Military.

From downtown redevelopment to stimulate economic development to focused destination developments GFDS has a wealth of experience. We are currently working on conference centers, hotels, downtown redevelopment including transit solutions, focused destination markets, parking structures, fire stations, police stations, court houses, jails and recreation centers.


GFDS has recently been working on a variety of Public-Private Partnership opportunities with a number of Federal agencies including the Military. We are currently exploring water treatment, base housing, joint use community facilities, office and medical facilities. Outside of federal transit, the use of PPP is reality new to the Federal Government and new ideas are coming to the market every day and will continue. GFDS has the experience to be a real value-added partner in this market.
